Aromatherapy is an all natural practice which employs essential oils that are extracted from plants. These oils are used treat and balance the physical, psychological, and spiritual. During a woman’s pregnancy, there are several occasions when aromatherapy can be an extremely comforting and beneficial to the expecting mother. But to ensure safety during pregnancy, a woman should follow several safety precautions.
Important thing to keep in mind: Essential oils are highly concentrated. They absolutely must be diluted before use.
