In a world of mass entitlement theories, we get lost in the concept of Abundance. We mistakenly believe the world owes us a living, and we owe nothing back. That is so far wrong, so far away from the truth.
Until we give, we cannot freely receive and our abundance will be denied.
Let me put that more simply:
You HAVE to give to get.
So, you look around you at the nothingness of your life and wonder what you have to give?
You can give it all. Everything you have within your grasp can be given away. You can leave it all at the feet of God and allow Him to graciously and boldly provide for you.
No, I’m not suggesting you take the contents of your home and leave them on the church steps. I’ve said, give it all to God. The fact is, it all belongs to Him. So, allow Him what is rightfully His, and Thank Him gratefully for allowing you to use what doesn’t belong to you.
The more you remember to be grateful for all that you have, the more abundantly you will be blessed. The more you acknowledge the source of every true and available gift from God, the more you will begin to realize the source and all that is truly available for you. God gives out of the abundance of all that He has, and he owns the cattle on a thousand hills… He owns it all.
You can show gratitude for all that you have, and open your arms wide to receive the abundance available to you, simply because it exists.
